Hey Bro!! Video Games - Return & Refund Policy

At Hey Bro!! Video Games, we carefully inspect and test applicable pre-owned products before they are shipped. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing an order.

All Sales are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, or unwanted items.

If an item arrives defective or is not functioning properly, it may qualify for an exchange under the terms below.

Damages and issues
If your item(s) arrives, defective or does not function properly, please contact Hey Bro!! Video Games within three days of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligible defective items may be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.

Return Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• The customer must contact Hey Bro!! Video Games (hbvgshopify@gmail.com) within three days of confirmed delivery.
• Proof of purchase or the original tracking order is required.
• The item must be returned, including applicable cases, manuals, cables, controllers, accessories, inserts, and other included items.
• Serial numbers or identifying marks must match our records when applicable.
• Items that have not been damaged, altered, or improperly handled after deliver are not eligible.

Do NOT send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. To start a return, you can contact us at hbvgshopify@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 845 Cypress, Texas 77410.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us with three days of the confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging, and any visible damage when applicable. Keep all original shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved because the item was defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the incorrect item, Hey Bro!! Video Games will provide return instructions.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when otherwise provided by Hey Bro!! Video Games.

Product Condition
Many products sold by Hey Bro!! Video Games are pre-owned. Pre-owned merchandise may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age and condition.

Cosmetic wear that is accurately represented in the product listing does not qualify an item as defective.

Final Sale & Exceptions
Items specifically identified as final sale, as-is, for parts, non-working, or otherwise defective in the product listing are not eligible for an exchanged by on the disclosed condition. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Hey Bro!! Video Games reserves the right to deny an exchange or store credit when an item does not meet the requirement of this policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
